BEAM makes movement fun, provides a mental, physical and emotional outlet for stress and produces life-enriching outcomes such as greater strength, energy and confidence. It’s about connections between people and among mind, body, heart and soul. Activities include one-on-one fitness coaching, dance cardio, dynamic core training, mobility and flexibility training, choreography and events and high-energy group classes.
